Ha-Py Sponsorship
Sponsorship is a tool, a step in the journey of an accompanied person.
It can be mobilised to achieve different objectives even before the employment phase.
Ha-Py Sponsorship, aimed at beneficiaries of the RSA and young people outside the RSA accompanied by the local Mission, aims to support the person (= the godson) in his or her steps of order:
* Professional:
development of a professional project (discovery of trades, sectors of activity,...), advice on job search (job search tools (CV, preparation for interviews, professional network, etc.);
* Or staff:knowledge, self-esteem/confidence in oneself, valorisation of potentials, break in isolation, socialisation...
The duration of a sponsorship is 3 months, renewable 1 time, and includes meetings sponsor/girl at least 1 to 2 times a month, in the form of an interview of an hour or two.
The sponsor, the godchild and the referent commit themselves through a tripartite convention which sets out the reciprocal commitments, the individual objectives of the godchild and sets out compliance with ethical rules, equal treatment and the prohibition of discrimination. Ha-Py Sponsorship
