Sixteen activated sludge and biofilm samples from a wastewater treatment plant

By using 16S rRNA sequencing, sixteen activated sludge and biofilm samples were collected from the two reactors over the phases. With the exception of the seed sludge, samples were named according to the reactor (A2SBR: B1; NSBR: B2) and the day of collection, as follows: Seed, B1_46d, B1_83d, B2_83d, B1_104d, B2_104d, B1_132d, B2_132d, B1_162d, B2_162d, B1_177d, B1_186d, B1_196d, B2_196d, B1_248d, B2_248d.
