Impacts of coffee plantation intercropping on microbial properties along the soil layers

This project aimed to evaluate the soil microbiome properties in conventional and intercropping systems of coffee cultivation. The soil was sampled on the background of the coffee treetop at four soil depths: 0 to 2.5 cm (layer 1), 2.5 to 5.0 cm (layer 2), 5 to 10 cm (layer 3), and 10 to 15 cm (layer 4).
