This study is a comparison of the metabolomics and microbiome differences in the organs of an entire mammal. Germ free and specific pathogen free mice were dissected and subjected to LC-MS/MS metabolomics data for 29 different organs. This data will then be mapped back onto a 3D model of a laboratory mouse. We will visualize the effect of an intact microbiome on an entire animal in 3D.
