This repository includes the Python codes for ML models for both forward and inverse surface evolution problems. ANN.ipynb: Forward surface evolution model using ANN. CNN.ipynb: Forward surface evolution model using CNN. Reg.ipynb: Forward surface evolution model using Regression. RF.ipynb: Forward surface evolution model using Random Forest. Inverse_depth_width.ipynb: Inverse surface evolution model using the channel's depth and width as inputs. Inverse_Full_Profile.ipynb: Inverse surface evolution model using the channel's full profile as inputs. Experimental_profiles_fitted.csv: Experimental Dataset
