Census of Plants — FER

The census of plants powered by Renewable Energy Sources according to Article 2 of Decree-Law No 2122 of 23 October 2012 consists of a common and shared basis of information that includes all the projects carried out, those already equipped with the single authorisation measure, those under evaluation and those still to be assessed. The census shall contain personal and position information, as well as related documentation, of RES installations which are in one of the following conditions: 1. in operation; 2. for which the single authorisation has already been issued, or one of the simplified authorisation procedures provided for by current legislation has been concluded; 3. for which the single authorisation procedure is ongoing, or one of the simplified authorisation procedures provided for by current legislation; 4. for which a measure of eligibility and environmental impact assessment has been issued; 5. for which the process of verification and/or environmental impact assessment is ongoing.根据2012年10月23日第2122号法令（Decree-Law）第2条规定的可再生能源（Renewable Energy Sources，RES）发电装置普查，其依托统一共享的信息基础，涵盖所有已实施的项目、已取得单一许可措施的项目、处于评估阶段的项目以及尚未完成评估的项目。本次普查将收录符合以下任一状态的RES发电装置的相关人员信息、部署位置信息及相关文档：1. 已投入运营；2. 已核发单一许可，或已完成现行法规规定的任一简化许可流程；3. 单一许可流程正在推进，或正在开展现行法规规定的任一简化许可流程；4. 已出具资格认定与环境影响评估相关文件；5. 核查及/或环境影响评估流程正在进行中。
