Young and old breast skin, and fibroblast cell line RNA seq data

Young and old breast skin, normal fibroblast cell line, senescent fibroblast cell line RNA seq data Overall design: We collected young (less than 27-year old) and old normal breast skin samples (over 58-year old) from surgery and investigated which gene is changed in old skin compared to young skin. We also bought a commercially available fibroblast cell line and passaged it for 27 times. We investigated gene expression in senescent induced (27 times passaged) fibroblasts compared to non-senescent induced (4 times passaged) firboblasts.
