<p style='margin:0in; font-family:Calibri;'><b><font size='4'>ABOUT THE COMMUNITY SURVEY DATASET</font></b></p><p style='margin:0in; font-family:Calibri;'><font size='4'>Final Reports for ETC Institute conducted annual community attitude surveys for the City of Tempe. These survey reports help determine priorities for the community as part of the City's on-going strategic planning process.</font></p><p style='margin:0in; font-family:Calibri;'><font size='4'> </font></p><p style='margin:0in; font-family:Calibri;'><font size='4'>In many of the survey questions, survey respondents are asked to rate their satisfaction level on a scale of 5 to 1, where 5 means "Very Satisfied" and 1 means "Very Dissatisfied" (while some questions follow another scale).
