Medicinal Chemistry Research Data Archive

This data is a collection of collections produced by researchers primarily located within the Medicinal Chemistry theme of Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The data is primarily derived from
* Molecular simulation
* Molecular modelling
* Instrument data (e.g. NMR spectroscopy, X-ray crystallography)
The collections are of the primary data for a number of collaborative research project which underpins the publications from within the Medicinal Chemistry theme. The data retention is important to meet the requirements of good research practice and also requirements of the NHMRC and ARC.
The custodian will permit access to appropriate users through a process of (a) contacting the custodian, and (b) the custodian assessing the user/usage against the specific collection and possible emcumbarances.

本数据集为多组合集，主要由隶属于药学院与药物科学学院药物化学研究主题的科研人员编制产出。其数据主要来源于以下三类方向：1. 分子模拟（Molecular simulation）；2. 分子建模（Molecular modelling）；3. 仪器采集数据（如核磁共振波谱（NMR spectroscopy）、X射线晶体衍射（X-ray crystallography）等）。该类合集收录了多项合作研究项目的原始实验数据，为药物化学研究主题下的学术论文及相关出版物提供了核心支撑。留存此类数据，既符合良好科研实践的规范要求，同时也满足澳大利亚国家卫生与医学研究委员会（NHMRC）与澳大利亚研究委员会（ARC）的相关规定。本数据集的保管人将通过以下流程为符合资质的用户开放访问权限：（a）联系数据集保管人；（b）由保管人针对具体数据集及潜在的使用限制条件，对申请人及使用用途开展评估审核。
