Filtered Carlson et al. 2025 OPS dataset for EBOV 28hpi Huh7 cells

Primary genomewide screen data of Huh7 cells infected with EBOV and fixed 28 hours post infection (hpi) from Carlson et al. 2025 paper (https://doi-org.ezproxy.bu.edu/10.1038/s41564-025-02034-3), filtered to contain only relevant columns for downstream analysis (gene_symbol, VP35_median_cell, FISH_median_cell, JUN_median_nuclear). Only gene knockouts which were analyzed in the secondary screen are included (n=113). Nontargeting control gene_symbol values were altered from original dataset (which contained sgRNA data) to just be identified as "nontargeting". Column time_hpi was added to reflect the 28 hpi time point.
