Protocol: <strong><em>RCT Protocol Ammendment 2.pdf</em></strong> is the final version of the RCT protocol. R scripts used: <strong><em>Power RCT_bootstrap_paper.R</em></strong> was the code used for the power analysis. <strong><em>server.R</em></strong> and <strong><em>ui.R</em></strong> were part of the Shiny application used for the randomisation process. <strong><em>Primary Outcome analysis.R</em></strong> was the code used for the primary outcome analysis.
