FRM Local Plan Districts (LPDs)

Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts (LPDs) are geographical areas that are designated for flood management under the Flood Risk Management Act (Scotland) 2009. These areas have been based on river catchments that can cross administrative and institutional boundaries, in some locations local edits have been made to ensure locations which are part of the same sewer catchment have not been split across LPDs. SEPA and responsible authorities use these areas for the co-ordination of flood risk management in Scotland and to develop ongoing partnership working.洪水风险管理本地规划区（Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts，简称LPDs）是依据2009年《苏格兰洪水风险管理法案》（Flood Risk Management Act (Scotland) 2009）划定的、用于开展洪水管理工作的地理区域。此类区域以可跨越行政与管治边界的河流汇水区为基础划定，部分区域还经过了本地调整，以确保同属一个污水汇水区的地域不会被拆分至不同的LPD中。苏格兰环境保护署（SEPA）及相关责任主管部门依托此类区域，协调苏格兰境内的洪水风险管理工作，并推动持续的伙伴协作机制建设。
