Data for: Initial regeneration success of tree species after different forestry treatments in a sessile oak-hornbeam forest

Data of regeneration survey in the frame of Pilis Forestry Systems Experiment. The study was carried out in an oakhornbeam forest in Hungary, in 2015-2018. The following variables of the regeneration were measured, after four different forestry treatments (clear-cutting, gap-cutting, preparation cutting, retention tree group) an in uncut control sites: - sessile oak acorn production, - species composition and abundance of natural regeneration in 2x2 m quadrats, - growth of individual planted saplings of five tree species, - growth of individual saplings from the natural regeneration (3 species).本数据集为皮利斯林业系统试验（Pilis Forestry Systems Experiment）框架下的森林更新调查数据。本研究于2015至2018年间在匈牙利的一处栎-鹅耳枥混交林内开展。针对皆伐、林隙择伐、准备采伐、保留木群4种不同林业处理措施及未采伐对照样地，研究人员对如下森林更新相关变量进行了测定： - 无梗花栎（sessile oak）的橡果产量； - 2×2米样方内天然更新苗木的物种组成与个体多度； - 5个树种的人工栽植幼树的个体生长情况； - 3个树种的天然更新幼树的个体生长情况。
