This is the first version of the DynaMTests (Dynamic context Mapped Tests) dataset and corpus. This version includes the following:

Folder dataset: Contains pairs of test cases mapped with methods to their respective focal methods, plus metadata that allows to identify the dependencies used within the focal method.

Corpus folder: Contains a corpus of data with source-target pairs, where target is the test method and source is the focal method together with its dynamic context or focal context. This corpus is available in three formats: csv, json and raw.

Repos folder: Contains json files with the list of repositories that were used to create this dataset.

Defects4j_corpus folder: Contains a corpus with projects from the Defects4J dataset. This corpus also contains source-target pairs, where target is the test method and source is the focal method together with its dynamic context or its focal context. This corpus is also available in three formats: csv, json and raw.

Folder d4j_utils: Contains utility scripts that were used to build the Defects4J corpus.

In the root of the repository, the rest of the scripts used to build the DynaMTests dataset and corpus are located.

Accessing via Git LFS

The repository makes use of the Git large file storage (LFS) service. Git LFS does replacing large files in the repository with tiny pointer files. To pull the actual files do:

# first, clone the repo
git clone [e-mail]:eljavatar/DynaMTests.git
# next, change to the DynaMTests folder
cd DynaMTests
# finally, pull the files
git lfs pull
