Input Data for Exploring the Nexus Between Banking Sector, SME-intensive sector perfor-mance and Inclusive Growth: Evidence from CAREC Nations
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the processed panel data and calculated index scores used to evaluate inclusive growth across 10 Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) nations spanning the 15-year period from 2008 to 2022. Data Collection & SourcesThe underlying raw data was extracted from two reputable global databases: World Development Indicators (WDI) by the World Bank United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) reports Methodology & Index ConstructionTo reduce dimensionality and handle multicollinearity among the large array of socio-economic indicators, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was applied. Using the weights derived from the PCA, the authors constructed a comprehensive Inclusive Growth Index to track and compare development performance across the CAREC member states. How to Read and Use the Data File Structure: The data is organized in a tabular panel format sorted by Country and Year. Variable Acronyms: To ensure seamless cross-referencing, all variable names and acronyms in this dataset strictly match the terminology, shorthand notations, and acronyms used in the accompanying research paper. Key Columns: Includes spatial tracking (CAREC nations), temporal tracking (years 2008–2022), the individual input variables, and the final computed Inclusive Growth Index scores.
