These data sets are correspond to fluorescent and absorbance data of different Saccharomyces cerevisiae modified strains growing on Maltose, Galactose and a mixture of both. Enzymes Mal12p and Gal10p tagged with mCherry and GFP respectively in order to measure their fluorescence levels.
These data sets were produced by Professor Peter Swain and Lucia Bandeira at the Swain Lab at the University of Edinburgh.
