Genotypes

SSR genotypes from 6 loci for progeny arrays (sheet1) and for adult trees (shhet 2) from CL (Clonee) and K (Kildalkey) sites. The location of the mother trees are also indicated: Native or Plantation. Numbers are allele size. 0 = missing value本数据集包含6个基因位点的简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeat，SSR）基因型数据，涵盖两类样本：来自样地CL（Clonee）与样地K（Kildalkey）的子代阵列样本（工作表1），以及该两处样地的成年林木样本（工作表2）。数据同时标注了母株的起源类型：原生林或人工林。表格内数值为等位基因片段长度，其中0代表缺失值。
