Ratio metafeatures clustered with <i>JSD_control.</i>

We have selected 20 metafeatures (10 most positively correlated and 10 most negatively correlated) clustered with JSDcontrol and ordered them by Spearman’s rank correlation with JSDcontrol. Genes in boldface indicate that they were previously discussed in [5] and genes with underlined boldface represent the cases for which the gene has been discussed in the context of AD in the published literature. Most of the positively correlated metafeatures in this cluster are dominated by KLK3 (kallikrein 3) (See File S2 for details).
