ITS2 sequences from Ceratosolen solmsi. Seven individuals are infected with Wolbachia and five were uninfected. The sequence lengths were 506 bp and 11 sites differed, which may be due to either individual variation or inevitable PCR errors.本数据集包含索氏角榕小蜂（Ceratosolen solmsi）的ITS2序列（ITS2 sequences）：其中7个个体感染了沃尔巴克氏体（Wolbachia），剩余5个个体未被感染。所有序列长度均为506 bp，共存在11个变异位点，该差异可能源于个体遗传变异，或是不可避免的聚合酶链式反应（PCR）误差。
