Rust LSTM

A Rust implementation of a BMI (Basic Model Interface) adapter for LSTM-based streamflow prediction, providing a drop-in replace.
Active Development - This package is currently under active development. The outputs produced match those of the Python BMI LSTM implementation and it runs faster, but the code quality is not yet at the same level as the Python implementation.

本项目提供一款基于Rust语言实现的、面向长短期记忆网络（Long Short-Term Memory，LSTM）径流预测任务的BMI（Basic Model Interface，基本模型接口）适配器，可实现即插即用式替换。
开发状态说明：本软件包目前处于活跃开发阶段。其生成的输出结果与Python版BMI LSTM实现完全一致，且运行速度更快，但代码质量暂未达到Python实现的同等水准。
