16S rRNA of coral-associated bacteria under heat stress

This project investigates changes in coral-associated bacterial communities obtained from corals subjected to an incremental heat-stress experiment. Samples were collected at multiple time points representing control and heat-stressed conditions. The dataset supports analyses of microbial community dynamics and symbiont composition shifts in response to thermal stress.
