Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): The presentation service shows the scope of the legally binding development plans as well as statutes according to §§ 34 and 35 BauGB of the city of Herbstein (Vogelsbergkreis) including the link to plans and documents. This is a web map service of the city of Herbstein. - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from GetFeature requests to a WFS 1.1.0+INSPIRE下载服务（预定义Atom格式）说明：本展示服务可展示赫布斯坦市（福格尔斯贝格县）依据德国建筑法典（BauGB）第34条与第35条规定的具有法律约束力的开发规划及法定规章的适用范围，并附带规划与相关文档的链接。该服务为赫布斯坦市运营的网络地图服务。用于下载相关记录的链接均通过向WFS 1.1.0+（网络要素服务Web Feature Service）发起GetFeature请求（GetFeature request）动态生成。
