Anonymized Survey Dataset and Supporting Materials for User Change Readiness in ERP Implementation

This version aligns the dataset creators with the final manuscript and provides a privacy-preserving open-data package for the study of user change readiness in ERP implementation. The materials comprise the complete questionnaire instrument, an anonymized analysis dataset for the 50 eligible respondents, an item-level codebook, supporting PLS-SEM outputs, aggregate sensitivity results after excluding the eligible co-author response (N=49), and the revised camera-ready manuscript. Names, email addresses, precise timestamps, original form identifiers, organization identifiers, and demographic quasi-identifiers are excluded from the open dataset. The row order was randomized and replacement response identifiers were assigned. Version 1.1.0 supersedes the identified survey export included in the restricted first version.
