RNAseq of CD4 cells from 83 individuals with musculoskeletal complains (age 51y, range 19-86. male 22%) were collected at the Rheumatology Clinic during 2022-2023 . Cells were activated with anti-CD3 for 48 hours. Overall design: CD4 cells were isolated by positive selection on Dynabeads (cat.11331D) from human PBMC.
