JACKS 2019 Data and Results

Result of experiments run for JACKS 2019 paper. Each zip file contains the results for the method as given in its title. Files within each zip file provide results for all cell lines in each dataset. Data.zip contains collated and reformatted data files used. README.txt provides list of commands to be used (with github code at https://github.com/felicityallen/JACKS ) to produce these results.
