Local and regional development cores

The aim of the research is to explore development potentials, innovative actors and support institutions (such as incubators and technology parks), how they are shaped in a region, how they interact and interact with each other, especially in terms of knowledge transfer and work on joint projects, and the role of civil society and non-governmental organisations in this regard. The theoretical assumption is that the density of these organisations is important for the formation and diffusion of social capital. Civil society (non-governmental) organisations can be directly or indirectly involved in local development projects.本研究旨在探究区域发展潜力、创新主体（innovative actors）与支持机构（support institutions，如孵化器（incubator）及科技园区（technology park）），剖析这些要素在区域内的形成路径、彼此间的互动模式——尤其聚焦于知识转移与联合项目开展层面——以及公民社会与非政府组织（non-governmental organisation, NGO）在此进程中的角色。本研究的理论预设为，此类组织的集聚密度对于社会资本（social capital）的形成与扩散具有关键作用。公民社会（非政府）组织可直接或间接参与地方发展项目。
