As a traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of UC, Qing-Chang-Hua-Shi granule (QCHS) has been widely used in clinical practice. Here we reported that QCHS improves inflammatory response and intestinal barrier in DSS-induced colitis mice by regulating gut microbiota and metabolites. Specifically, QCHS increased the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and altered the structure of metabolites in fecal.
