Basque Pollutant Sources and Emissions Register for 2016 (EPER Euskadi/E-PRTR)

Regulation (EC) No 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Register of Pollutant Emissions and Transfers and amending Directives 91/689/EEC and 96/61/EC was adopted on 18 January 2006.’ The European PRTR (E-PRTR) aims to implement at Community level the UN/ECE PRTR Protocol, which was signed by the European Community and 23 Member States in May 2003 in Kiev under the Aarhus Convention. The E-PRTR replaces the European Pollutant Emission Inventory (EPER) under which the data for the years 2001 and 2004 were reported.欧洲议会与欧盟理事会第（EC）166/2006号条例于2006年1月18日正式通过，该条例旨在设立欧洲污染物排放与转移登记册（European Register of Pollutant Emissions and Transfers），并修订第91/689/EEC号指令与第96/61/EC号指令。欧洲污染物排放与转移登记册（E-PRTR）旨在在欧共体层面落实联合国欧洲经济委员会（UN/ECE）污染物排放与转移登记册议定书（Pollutant Release and Transfer Register Protocol，PRTR Protocol），该议定书由欧共体与23个成员国于2003年5月在基辅依据《奥胡斯公约》签署。E-PRTR取代了此前用于报送2001年与2004年排放数据的欧洲污染物排放清单（European Pollutant Emission Inventory，EPER）。
