This study was designed to capture the effects of chronic sepsis (30 hours) on hepatic gene expression. Furthermore, we characterized the effects of pharmacological targeting of the pyrruvate dehydrogenase kinase pathway via dichloroacetate treatment in septic mice. Overall design: RNAseq for 3 conditions, 4 replicates each.
