Soil health is the continued capacity of soils to function as a living entity that supports plants, animals, humans and the environment. However, little information is available on soil health and associated impacts on water conservation in irrigated corn production of Colorado. This project was aimed at studying the mid-term effects of tillage and residue management on soil health properties including soil microbial communities.
