To understand the role of NR1D1 in the progression of breast cancer, NR1D1 knockout (KO) MDA-MB-231 cells, established using the CRISPR/Cas9 system, were treated with 200 μM H2O2 for 72 h. Gene expression patterns were analyzed by microarray. Control or NR1D1 KO MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 200 μM H2O2 for 72 h. RNA was extracted and subjected to microarray analysis.
