Meta-analysis - EC50 and LC50 for Collembola and others soil fauna taxa

We performed a meta-analysis of the sensitivity of several soil fauna species to pesticides in order to study the sensitivity of Collembola to pesticides compared to the sensitivity of other soil invertebrates groups. Data from 22 selected publications were entered into a database including several variables: author(s), year of the study, taxonomic group, species, active substance name, type of pesticide, pesticide addition method, soil type and LC50 value or EC50 value with their standard error and replicates number.
