B-Plan 6-026c 3. Amendment Expansion Haid Industrial Park (-Market Concept) (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-026c entered into force on 16 April 1992. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市符合欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范的开发规划。编号为6-026c的开发规划于1992年4月16日正式生效。开发规划包含针对城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的固定条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控规则明确了建设的选址、类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划应依托土地利用规划编制。本数据集采用符合INSPIRE规范的土地利用规划（PLU）数据模型，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（Open Geospatial Consortium，OGC）网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS）以及预定义的ATOM发布协议获取。
