[DISCONTINUED] Employment rate of older workers

The product has been discontinued since: 25 Jan 2018. The employment rate of older workers is calculated by dividing the number of persons in employment and aged 55 to 64 by the total population of the same age group. The indicator is based on the EU Labour Force Survey. The survey covers the entire population living in private households and excludes those in collective households such as boarding houses, halls of residence and hospitals. Employed population consists of those persons who during the reference week did any work for pay or profit for at least one hour, or were not working but had jobs from which they were temporarily absent.本数据集产品自2018年1月25日起停止提供。 老年劳动者就业率的计算方式为：将55至64岁的就业人数除以同年龄段的总人口数。该指标基于欧盟劳动力调查（EU Labour Force Survey）。本次调查覆盖所有居住于私人家庭的人口，排除寄宿公寓、学生宿舍、医院等集体住户中的人员。 就业人口指在参考周内至少从事1小时有报酬或盈利性工作的人员，或是虽未实际工作但因临时原因暂离原有岗位的在职人员。
