Additional file 7: Table S6. Candidate genes for GWAS on EBVs for male genome-wide recombination rate in Alpine goats. All genes scoring at least 1 as candidates are showed. For each QTL of interest, genes have been sorted from higher scoring to lower scoring. Manual annotation has been added on genes previously found in GWAS for recombination phenotypes in ruminants, referencing the corresponding papers. Table S7.
