Title:Dataset for “Information and the Living Tree of Life” Description:This dataset accompanies the manuscript Information and the Living Tree of Life, which presents a mathematical and information-theoretic framework for modeling evolutionary processes as multifractal, observer-relative phenomena. The files contained here include the raw and processed data used to generate all figures and simulations in the manuscript, including branching process realizations, entropy and mutual information measurements, dilation dynamics, statistical validations, and lineage-resolved tree structures. The data are organized to support reproducibility and transparency.
