The simulation of cAMP microdomains produced by PKA activation of PDE4s (without H30, as plotted in Figure S5) was run with different mesh sizes and timesteps. The simulation time and amount of memory allocated shows that NeuroRD scales approximately linearly with number of subvolumes, and number of timesteps.
