RNA-sequencing of clinical IUA tissues and control tissues

Intrauterine adhesions (IUA, n = 5) and normal control endometrial tissues (n = 5) were collected between April and June 2021 from Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital. All patients (less than 38 years old ) with IUA were diagnosed by hysteroscopy. Normal endometrial tissues from patients (less than 38 years old) without IUA, endometrial polyp, endometrial hyperplasia, endometritis who received hysteroscopy due to secondary infertility in the same period were used as controls. The clinical specimens were frozen at minus 80 degrees after resection immediately and prepared for RNA-seq. Besides, all the patients have signed the informed consent, and the approval was also obtained from the ethics committee of the Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital (EC-KT-202143). All the clinical experiments involved were conducted under the principle of the "Declaration of Helsinki".
