河南省鞋服工厂智能车间管理系统数据集

本数据集针对鞋服类产品制造呈批量小、品类多、个性化定制等特点，为保证鞋服生产高效率、高成品率、低能耗和实现绿色生产。设计开发了大批量不相关并行机调度软件、车间调度改进差分进化算法软件、基于SpringBoot的采购业务管理、库存业务管理和资源管理系统，并且最终以工业大数据为基础，实现了鞋服生产智能优化与决策。

This dataset is developed targeting the footwear and apparel manufacturing industry, which features small batch sizes, diverse product categories and personalized customization demands. It aims to ensure high production efficiency, high product yield, low energy consumption and realize green production in footwear and apparel manufacturing. We have designed and developed software for scheduling large-scale unrelated parallel machines, software for improved differential evolution algorithm for workshop scheduling, as well as SpringBoot-based procurement business management, inventory business management and resource management systems. Finally, based on industrial big data, intelligent optimization and decision-making for footwear and apparel production are implemented.
