Flemish inventory of unsuitable and uninhabitable dwellings via POI service

Location and address details of dwellings included in the Flemish inventory of unsuitable and uninhabitable dwellings. The data shall be updated on a daily basis. The following types are present: dwellings declared unfit and/or uninhabitable by the mayor on the basis of Book 3 of the Flemish Codex Wonen of 2021 and dwellings declared uninhabitable by the mayor on the basis of Article 135 of the New Municipal Act. A decision on unfitness and/or unhabitability is issued if a dwelling does not meet the minimum standards of safety, health and quality of the dwelling. This can be done for single-family houses, apartments and rooms. Several dwellings may therefore appear on the inventory in a single building.本数据集涵盖弗拉芒不适宜居住与不可居住住宅清单（Flemish inventory of unsuitable and uninhabitable dwellings）中收录住宅的位置及地址详情，且每日更新。本清单包含以下两类住宅：一是经市长依据2021年版《弗拉芒住宅法典》（Flemish Codex Wonen）第三卷认定为不适宜且/或不可居住的住宅；二是经市长依据《新市政法》（New Municipal Act）第135条认定为不可居住的住宅。当住宅不符合安全、卫生及居住品质的最低标准时，即可作出不适宜及/或不可居住的认定。该认定可针对独栋住宅、公寓及房间作出，因此同一栋建筑内可能有多套住宅被纳入本清单。
