Workplace Equity Survey

We sought to understand and document with data the workplace experience and perceptions of people who work in the scholarly publishing industry. This includes publishers (commercial, society, university, nonprofit) and publishing services providers (commercial and nonprofit).本研究旨在通过数据手段理解并记录学术出版（scholarly publishing）行业从业者的职场体验与认知观念。本次研究覆盖的对象包括各类出版商（商业型、学会型、大学型、非营利型）以及出版服务提供商（商业型与非营利型）。
