Tropical peatland shotgun metagenomics. Tropical peatland metagenome

This study used shotgun metagenomics to evaluate the effects of different land use on microbial community composition and corresponding functional diversity in a tropical peatland site in Sarawak, Malaysia. This BioProject includes data on metagenomes sequenced from peat samples collected in secondary tropical peat forests and subsequent peat samples after conversion to agricultural land.
