This dataset supports the findings of the article titled "Impact of Prior Shock Wave Lithotripsy on Outcomes of Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery for 1–2 cm Lower Pole Kidney Stones: A Comparative Analysis by the EAU–YAU Endourology & Urolithiasis Working Group." It includes anonymized clinical and surgical data of 83 patients who underwent retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) between February 2019 and September 2024. The data compares patients who had RIRS after failed shock wave lithotripsy (SWL) with those who underwent primary RIRS, focusing on operative parameters, stone-free rates, and complications. All data were analyzed using R software. The dataset is available upon reasonable request from the corresponding author, subject to ethical and institutional approval, due to patient confidentiality restrictions.
