Rhizosphere Microbiota Dynamics in B. subtilis BREB 03-Treated and Untreated Barley Grown in Cereal Cyst Nematode (CCN) Infested Soil

This study investigates the microbial diversity and community dynamics in the rhizospheric soil of barley grown in cereal cyst nematode (CCN)-infested fields. The analysis compares B. subtilis BREB 03-treated seeds with untreated seeds to understand the effects of seed treatment on the rhizospheric microbiota under nematode stress. The findings contribute to understanding plant-microbe interactions and the potential role of seed treatment in enhancing soil health and crop resilience.
