统筹协调全市各级各部门应对安全生产类、自然灾害类等突发事件和综合防灾减灾救灾工作。负责、指导安全生产综合监督管理和工矿商贸行业安全生产监督管理工作
Overall coordination shall be conducted among all departments at all levels across the municipality to respond to emergencies such as work safety incidents, natural disasters and other similar events, as well as implement comprehensive disaster prevention, mitigation and relief efforts. It shall be responsible for and guide the comprehensive supervision and administration of work safety, as well as the work safety supervision over the mining, industrial, commercial and trade sectors.
