WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from WADDELL in the NE Pacific from 1990-09-20 to 1990-09-30 (NODC Accession 9000244)

The data in this accession was collected in NE Pacific (limit-180) over ten day period from ship Waddell between September 20-30, 1990. The real time data of water temperature at varying depth bathythermograph (XBT) was recorded in stripcharts by the US Navy. Forty stripcharts and radio logs were submitted to NODC. The XBT data from these stripcharts have been digitized and is present in the current NODC data storage system in C116 file format.本入库批次数据集的数据采集于1990年9月20日至30日的十天周期内，由瓦德尔号（Waddell）科考船在东北太平洋（经度限定为180°）海域完成。美国海军通过条带记录仪（stripcharts）记录了投弃式温深仪（Expendable Bathythermograph, XBT）采集的不同深度海水温度实时数据。本次共提交四十份条带记录文件与无线电日志至美国国家海洋数据中心（National Oceanographic Data Center, NODC）。从上述条带记录文件中提取的XBT数据已完成数字化处理，当前以C116文件格式存储于NODC的数据存储系统中。
