Data and code for: AbSolution - an interactive R Shiny application for exploration and analysis of sequence-derived features in adaptive immune receptor repertoires (ENCORE sFSS)

This deposit contains code, raw and processed files of the analyses presented in [manuscript reference]. The deposit is organized according to the ENCORE standardized file system structure (sFSS) (van Kampen et al., 2024), which was developed to enhance reproducibility and transparency of computational research. The sFSS structures conceptual information, data, code, documentation, and results into a predefined directory hierarchy. The analyses use TCR repertoire data from PRJNA685965 (Pollastro et al., 2020) and BCR repertoire data from PRJNA814462 (Anang et al., 2023), both available from NCBI BioProject.
