Residential areas Wuppertal

The polygons of the Wuppertal residential areas form the thematic layer for the residential area map of the city of Wuppertal, which is updated and approved annually by the expert committee for land values in the city of Wuppertal after their initial creation in 2016 since 2018. The delimitations currently published here were adopted on 15.3.2023 on the cut-off date 1.1.2023. The residential area map classifies the Wuppertal residential areas in four gradations (simple, medium, good and exclusive residential location) according to the predominant character of a contiguous living area. (The location quality of individual plots may vary) The current residential area map is a basis for the qualified rental mirror for the city of Wuppertal available since December 2016. The data record of the Wuppertal residential areas is provided in the formats ESRI-Shapefile, KML and GeoJSON under an open data license (Data License Germany – Attribution – Version 2.0).伍珀塔尔居住区的多边形要素构成伍珀塔尔市居住区地图的专题图层。该图层于2016年首次创建，自2018年起每年由伍珀塔尔市土地价值专家委员会完成更新与审核。本次发布的区划界限于2023年3月15日正式获批，其基准截止日期为2023年1月1日。本居住区地图依据连片居住区域的主导属性，将伍珀塔尔市的居住区划分为四个等级：普通型、中型、优质型与高端型居住区位。（注：单宗地块的区位品质或存在差异）本版居住区地图自2016年12月起，成为伍珀塔尔市合规租金指导价的制定依据。本次发布的伍珀塔尔居住区数据集提供ESRI形状文件（ESRI-Shapefile）、KML以及GeoJSON三种格式，采用德国开放数据许可——署名——2.0版（Data License Germany – Attribution – Version 2.0）进行授权发布。
