Global monthly water scarcity indices

The three zip folders represent: 1) total water resources (wsi_total.zip), 2) surface water resources (wsi_sw.zip), and 3) groundwater resources (wsi_gw.zip). Each zip folder contains 26 global raster files (GeoTiffs) at a resolution of 0.5 degrees: - 12 monthly averages over a decade and - 1 consumption-weighted annual average of the monthly values - both for either 1981-1990 or 2001-2010. More details on the water scarcity index can be found in the corresponding article. The article is open access and can be downloaded from the link below. (Changes between version 1 and 2: Surface and groundwater data were added.)
