The Map of Occupation of the Soil of the Canary Islands represents a total and continuous coverage of land uses of the entire archipelago. Made from photointerpretation of photogrammetric flights at 1:18,000 scale and with a final product at 1:25,000 scale. The information is structured as a geographical information system and is intended to facilitate the rapid interpretation of the density and characteristics of the current occupation of the territory. The Soil Occupation Map includes an alphanumeric description of the territory, georeferenced and represented by enclosures in which the percentage of the uses that comprise it is included.加那利群岛土地利用现状地图（Map of Occupation of the Soil）实现了对整个群岛所有土地利用类型的全面且连续覆盖。 该数据集通过对比例尺1:18000的航空摄影测量飞行影像进行像片解译制作而成，最终成果比例尺为1:25000。数据集以地理信息系统（Geographic Information System, GIS）为架构进行组织，旨在辅助快速解译当前群岛的土地利用密度与特征。 本土地利用现状地图（Soil Occupation Map）包含对该群岛的字母数字式描述，所有要素均已完成地理配准，并以图斑单元进行空间表征，每个图斑均标注了其所涵盖的各类土地利用类型的占比。
